Are your products organic?

We only tend to stock organic products if the cost price is similar to non-organic - as we try to favour the more cost-effective option! We will make it notable if a particular product is.

I have a nut or gluten allergy, can I shop in Fillerup?

Due to the unpacked nature of our produce, there is the possibility of airborne nut and wheat allergies. Whilst we take very great care in handling our food products, we cannot guarantee that cross contamination from other allergens do not arise. Therefore we suggest that our products are not suitable for those with severe allergies or sensitivities.

It's my first time visiting, what should I bring?

When you visit, we encourage you to bring your own containers, nearly anything will do as a long as it's clean. We help you weigh your container, fill with the required product and then we deduct the weight of the container at the till so you pay for what you weigh. Don't have any containers? No problem, we sell recyclable paper bags too.

What are your opening hours?

Monday: Closed

Tuesday - Saturday: 10-4

Sunday: 11-2

Is refilling more expensive than the supermarket?

We try and price match to supermarket brands when we can, so a lot of our products are comparable to branded prices, and sometimes even less!

Obviously being the cheaper option is not always possible, but our prices are fair and everything we sell is the best quality it can be!

The beauty of refilling is you can also get as much or as little as you need, which can save money in the long run. For example, if you only need 1tsp of a spice for a recipe, you can get just that!

Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity?

Our MOQ is currently £15.00. If you only need a small amount of something, we would recommend coming into the shop!

What will my order be packed in?

Here at Fillerup, we're all about reusing! Our products will be packaged in brown paper bags that you can then reuse at home or recycle) and donated containers, such as jam jars. Are there any products you'd prefer in the same bag (e.g. a mix of sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds)? Add this to the "Notes" section at checkout and we'll accommodate your request.

When will my order be ready to collect?

Your order will be available for next day collection from 11am Tuesday-Saturday, but we will give you an email alert when it is ready. If you want your order ready for a specific day, please use the "Notes" section at the checkout. Please note if you order on Sunday or Monday, your order won't be ready until Tuesday.

Can't make it to us during our opening hours? Contact us and we can arrange for a collection out of hours.

Do you offer delivery?

Not at the moment. We currently offer a Click and Collect service, so you'll be able to collect your order from our shop when it's all packed for you.

Where can I park?

The Fromeway/Fillerup carpark is just around the corner and free to park in. Have a lot of bags? You are also welcome to park in the small lay-by outside the shop if needed.
